Dastex Group strengthens Swiss presence with abovo acquisition

On 8 October 2026, Dastex Group acquired Swiss cleanroom distributor abovo, strengthening its local presence in Switzerland. The acquisition builds on a longstanding supplier relationship between the two companies. As the seventh business to join the group, abovo further expands the footprint of the pan-European Dastex organization.

Based in Selzach, abovo serves well-known customers in life sciences, semiconductors, aerospace and watchmaking. Its local market knowledge, established customer relationships and multilingual capabilities complement Dastex Group’s existing business in Switzerland.

Alongside its core cleanroom consumables offering, abovo provides complementary product lines, including Henkel adhesive technologies and electrostatic discharge (ESD) accessories. Dastex Group will continue to develop these offerings together with abovo’s partners and suppliers, while giving abovo’s customers access to the broader Group portfolio.
